• Schedule, attend, and take minutes at all Board meetings
  • Provide a Meeting Information Packet to all board members prior to every meeting
  • Present a Manager’s Report at every Board meeting
  • Review common area maintenance needs with the Board at every meeting
  • Provide copies of compliance letters for Board review at every meeting, if requested
  • Assist with annual budget preparation
  • Provide advice to the Board on association policy matters
  • Periodically review the association’s rules & guidelines for compliance with the law and relevance to the community
  • Provide advice to Board regarding how to comply with Davis-Stirling Act (California condominium law)
  • Inform the Board of new laws & ordinances that may affect the association
