- Take calls and emails from residents and answer their questions during regular business hours
- Solve homeowner problems that are the association’s responsibility to solve
- Create and distribute notices prior to projects affecting the community – e.g, exterior repairs & paint, asphalt, roof repair, gutter cleaning, etc
- Provide insurance summary disclosure document to homeowners upon request
- Review & approve architectural applications submitted by homeowners
- Process termite reports to determine HOA and homeowner responsibility
- Write and mail compliance letters based upon rule violations and/or as requested by the Board
- Distribute keys to homeowners upon request (where applicable)
- Provide sellers and/or title companies with documentation packages
- Complete questionnaires for owners who are refinancing
- Provide 24-hour emergency access to an on call manager
