• Take calls and emails from residents and answer their questions during regular business hours
  • Solve homeowner problems that are the association’s responsibility to solve
  • Create and distribute notices prior to projects affecting the community – e.g, exterior repairs & paint, asphalt, roof repair, gutter cleaning, etc
  • Provide insurance summary disclosure document to homeowners upon request
  • Review & approve architectural applications submitted by homeowners
  • Process termite reports to determine HOA and homeowner responsibility
  • Write and mail compliance letters based upon rule violations and/or as requested by the Board
  • Distribute keys to homeowners upon request (where applicable)
  • Provide sellers and/or title companies with documentation packages
  • Complete questionnaires for owners who are refinancing
  • Provide 24-hour emergency access to an on call manager
